Lydia Hughes has had a diverse and progressive work experience. Lydia started their career at EE in 2014 as a Customer Advisor and worked there until 2017. Lydia then joined Hays as a PA Recruitment Consultant from 2017 to 2018. Afterwards, they joined Oliver James in 2018 and held various roles including PA to Directors, Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Diversity and Inclusion Partner. Currently, Lydia holds the role of Vice President of Commercial Operations at Oliver James.
Lydia Hughes pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Performance for Stage and Screen at Sheffield Hallam University from 2011 to 2014.
