Ruth Moran has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Ruth started their career as a Talent Specialist at Aspire, where they specialized in recruiting for the media and marketing communications industry. Ruth then moved on to become a Consultant at Aspire, focusing on recruiting editorial and content roles within various sectors. In 2018, Ruth joined Oliver James as a Change & Transformation Manager, connecting professionals with job opportunities in finance, technology, and commerce. After two years, they were promoted to Vice President, overseeing the technology division and continuing to connect professionals with opportunities.

Ruth Moran pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Durham University, starting in 2012 and completing it in 2015.
