Tobias Klöckner

Tobias Klein is a Research and Development Engineer at ZF Group since January 2022, where responsibilities include project management and the development of digital twin architecture using SysML, along with method development in this area. In early 2023, Tobias served as Product Owner for Catena-X's Behavior Twin project, overseeing a scrum team of over 20 developers from diverse organizations within the automotive industry. Prior experience includes work as a Modeling & Simulation Expert at Tridonic, focusing on thermal optimization for electronic lighting solutions, and several academic roles at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, including research and teaching assistant positions in numerical methods. Tobias holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computational Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg.
