Caroline Gourri

Caroline Gourri serves as the Head of Knowledge Management for the Americas and Asia Pacific at Oliver Wyman, where responsibilities include managing a team of Knowledge Managers and overseeing stakeholder relationships and planning for the regions. With a strong focus on Climate and Sustainability, Caroline also functions as a Knowledge Expert for Oliver Wyman’s global platform in this field. Career history includes various roles at Oliver Wyman, starting as an Information Assistant and progressing through to Senior Knowledge Manager, along with experience as a Senior Knowledge Manager at the UK National Audit Office. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Information Services Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Modern History from London Guildhall University, complemented by a recent course on Strategies for Sustainable Business at MIT Sloan School of Management.
