Meghan O'Leary

Meghan O'Leary is a strategic leader in Talent Management, currently serving as the Head of HLS Talent Management for the Americas at Oliver Wyman since August 2020. In this role, Meghan partners with HLS Leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior positions at Oliver Wyman include Onboarding and Integration Lead, where processes for new hire integration in the HLS Team were designed and implemented, and Senior Talent Management Lead, during which Meghan worked closely with HLS leadership to align business and talent strategies during a period of rapid growth. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Marsh and earning a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond from January 1999 to January 2003.
