Raelyn Grasso Lincoln

Raelyn Grasso Lincoln has extensive experience in higher education administration and organizational leadership. Currently a member of The Chief of Staff Association, Raelyn has served as Chief of Staff at Oliver Wyman since January 2021 and was previously the Special Assistant to the President at Ringling College of Art and Design from October 2018 to January 2021. Prior roles include Director for Services at Thrivner and Assistant to the President at Massasoit Community College, where responsibilities included advising the President and collaborating on strategic priorities. Raelyn's career began at Harvard University, where roles ranged from Senior Aide to the Dean of Science to Faculty Assistant, emphasizing administrative operations, budget management, and policy development. Raelyn holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, a candidate for a Master in Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
