Rebecca Mendonez has extensive experience in talent management and human capital roles across prominent consulting firms. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Management Lead at Oliver Wyman, Rebecca has previously held positions such as HC Talent Management Lead focused on Financial Services and Private Capital. Prior to this, Rebecca was employed at Ernst & Young as a Talent Deployment & Development Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services, and at Capco as a Resource Manager in Talent and Resource Management, after starting as a Recruiting Coordinator and Junior Recruiter in the same sector. Rebecca began the career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Services.
