Jory Dunn

Jory Dunn has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Jory is currently working at OliverIQ as a Lead Developer, responsible for the core engine. Prior to this, they worked at Strata Health as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in the acquisition and integration of the SilverSearch product. At Strata Health, Jory used NodeJS, React, React Native, MongoDB, and AWS to improve SilverSearch and integrate it into the referral system.

Before joining Strata Health, Jory worked at Mingle Health as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2018 to January 2020. Jory then spent three years at SilverVue as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on full stack development using React, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Jory also gained experience in mobile application development using React Native. During their time at SilverVue, Jory adopted functional programming techniques to produce high-quality code quickly with minimal bugs.

Jory's work experience goes back to 2007 when they started their career as a Software Consultant at Software Technology Group. In this role, they provided consulting and contract software development services to various organizations. Their notable projects included working on the SilverVue platform, where they utilized Meteor and MongoDB for full stack JavaScript development. Jory also contributed to the Department of Technology Services and the Utah Department of Health, developing a system for tracking the licensing and regulation of childcare facilities in the state of Utah.
