Alberto Bethke

Alberto Bethke is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in human resources and services management. Currently serving as Socio & CEO of Olivia Consultoria since March 2011, Alberto focuses on international expansion, client service quality, professional practice innovation, and partner growth. Previously, Alberto held the position of Vice President at Grupo ASSA, overseeing human capital development and recruitment for a workforce of 1,200 employees across multiple countries. Alberto also served as Director of Services at Petrobras Energia and Perez Companc, managing shared service centers and participating in executive committees. Alberto began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Auditor specializing in the oil and gas sector. Alberto holds degrees in Business Coaching from Newfield Consulting and Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, along with executive education from IAE Universidad Austral.
