Sr. Food Engineer at Ollie

Bryan Angolia has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Bryan started their career as a Culinary Intern at Sid Wainer & Son in 2011. Bryan then worked as a Line Cook at Cohasset Golf Club for a few months before joining Pizza Hut as an Assistant General Manager in 2011. At Pizza Hut, Bryan managed cash control, employees, and facility maintenance.

In 2013, Bryan joined Dunkin' Brands as a Culinary R&D Technologist and Research Chef. In this role, they focused on developing new menu items and line extensions for breakfast and lunch. Bryan successfully moved these concepts from conception to testing to launch.

From 2016 to 2021, Bryan worked at Butterball, LLC, initially as an R&D Innovation Manager and later as a Senior R&D Innovation Manager. During their time at Butterball, Bryan contributed to the company's innovation efforts and played a key role in developing new products.

Currently, Bryan works at Ollie as a Food Engineer. Bryan started as a Food Engineer and has recently been promoted to the position of Senior Food Engineer.

Bryan Angolia completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University in 2011. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Culinary Nutrition/Product Development and Culinary R&D, which they obtained from the same institution in 2013.
