Jan Albert

Jan Albert has a wealth of experience in operations management and leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ollie since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Unreal Snacks from February 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Unreal Snacks, Jan was the VP of Operations at Tribe Mediterranean Foods from April 2017 to February 2020. Jan also held the position of Director of Operations at Sabra Dipping Company, LLC from June 2013 to April 2017 and at Tom Cat Bakery from October 2009 to June 2013. Jan's professional journey started at Nonni's Foods LLC, where they worked as a Plant Manager from February 2000 to October 2009. Jan began their career in 1991 as a Plant Engineer at Bimbo Bakeries USA.
