UX Researcher at Ollie

Pamela Olson is an experienced occupational therapist and user experience researcher with a background in clinical services, educational assessments, and UX design. Currently serving as an Occupational Therapist and Researcher at the Children's Health Council since August 2015, Pamela conducts comprehensive assessments and delivers client-centered services to children with various diagnoses. In addition to clinical work, Pamela has transitioned into UX research roles at Ollie, PimsPoints, and Uplift K12, where responsibilities include developing research plans, conducting usability testing, and improving user experience through data-driven insights. Pamela holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and has completed an immersive User Experience Design program at General Assembly.
