Adrian Jacalan

Adrian Jacalan is a Network Operations Center Engineer at Olmec Systems LLC since June 2022. Previously, Adrian served as a System Engineer at The TNS Group from July 2019 to December 2021, with expertise in support for network equipment, servers, and infrastructure devices including Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco products, and various firewall technologies. Prior to that, Adrian worked as a Senior System Engineer at I Know IT and Benchmark 365, focusing on similar systems and network solutions. Earlier roles included Level 2 Remote Desktop Technical Support at Geekatoo, Helpdesk Technician at Executive Boutique Call Center, and Technical Support Specialist at Accenture. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Cebu, earned from 2009 to 2013.
