Karel Davalle-Corre

Karel Davalle-Corre is an accomplished research and development engineer currently employed at OLMIX since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing R&D projects. Prior experience includes a role at Spireaux focused on improving cultivation parameters for Arthrospira platensis and presenting findings in English. Karel contributed to an innovative project at ADIV, exploring plant proteins for new meat products targeting Generation Z while leading a five-person team. Experience at IDP Ingénierie involved prospecting for contracts for students in biological engineering. Additionally, Karel has laboratory experience from the Centre Hospitalier Bretagne Atlantique, providing technical support in medical testing, and has worked in retail, enhancing team communication and stock management skills.
