MacKenzie Olson

Mackenzie Olson is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for Northern Europe at Olmix Group since February 2023. Previously, Mackenzie gained valuable experience as an HR Change Management Intern at LAVA Therapeutics N.V., where responsibilities included applying Dutch Labor Law, conducting new-hire orientations, and developing talent management procedures. Mackenzie also served as Public Relations Manager for the Erasmus Student Network and worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Actalent, focusing on HR support for engineering and sciences divisions. Additional experience includes consulting for Saint Martin's University and a sales lead position at Gap. Mackenzie holds a Master's degree in Work, Organisation, and Health Psychology from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
