Herbert Miller

Herbert Miller is a seasoned business analyst and project manager with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Since May 2016, Herbert has been serving as a Business Analyst at Olmsted County Minnesota, overseeing projects in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and Policy/Analysis/Communications. Previous positions include Program Manager at IBM, overseeing the Global Process Orchestration tool deployment, and Field Manager/Consultant roles with both Ciber and Computer Task Group, focusing on consultant management and client liaison.
