Jordan Bowersox

Jordan Bowersox is currently an Implementation Specialist focusing on Ordering API at Olo, having joined the company in September 2023. Previously, Jordan served as Menu Manager at Nextbite, where responsibilities included the refinement of departmental processes and the management of the proprietary Sync Menu Manager platform. Prior experience also includes roles at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where Jordan held positions as Food and Beverage Office Manager and Coordinator, overseeing various operational functions and standardization efforts. Prior to that, Jordan was an Assistant Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, leading a team to enhance performance and employee satisfaction, and began a culinary career as an apprentice under Master Chef Gerard Gasparini at Restaurant Pomme. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University.
