Crystal Boveington

Crystal Boveington, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at Ologie since May 2024, Crystal oversees all HR functions and initiatives for a marketing and branding agency focused on education advancement. Previously, as Director of Human Resources at Rise Brands from June 2017 to February 2024, Crystal played a pivotal role in establishing the HR department and managing a team to support business growth. Prior experience includes serving as Training Manager at Bottega Louie Restaurant, where Crystal managed HR activities for over 100 employees, and as Manager and NRO Trainer at Seasons 52 Restaurant, overseeing restaurant operations and training initiatives. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Kent State University.
