Lacey Reddix has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an intern at ComEd, where they worked in transmission and substation engineering and preventive maintenance. In 2009, they returned to ComEd as an area maintenance engineering intern. In 2010, they interned at ExxonMobil, focusing on reliability and rotating equipment engineering. Lacey worked as a field engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. from 2012 to 2015 before joining the City of Jackson - Department of Public Works as an infrastructure master plan management coordinator. In 2016, they became the watershed program manager at the City of Atlanta for a year and then transitioned to HENSEL PHELPS as an estimator from 2018 to 2021. In the same year, Lacey worked at On Deck as a climate tech fellow and later joined GreenBiz Group as a conference chair for VERGE Infrastructure. Currently, they are the CEO and founder of Olokun Minerals.
Lacey Reddix's education history began with their enrollment at Spelman College from 2007 to 2010. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Following this, they attended Columbia Engineering from 2010 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
