Head of Customer Success at Olos Tecnologia

Diogo Nonato has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Diogo started their career in 2001 as an Analyst of IT Support at TT&S, where they worked until 2005. After that, they joined Verisys Tecnologia S/A as a Coordinator of IT and held that position until 2013. In 2013, they moved on to Olos Tecnologia and held various roles. Diogo started as a Senior Analyst and then became the Head of Technology from 2017 to 2019. After that, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Specialist, where they designed and architected solutions for clients, specified technical infrastructure documents, and ensured smooth project execution. Recently, they took on the role of Head of Customer Success, leading a team responsible for bridging the Sales and Delivery areas, improving project delivery quality, and understanding customer needs and operations.

Diogo Nonato completed their education with a post-graduation in Lato Sensu - MBA in Architecture Solutions from PUC Minas in the year 2023. Prior to that, they pursued another post-graduation in Lato Sensu, specializing in Cloud Computing from Centro Universitário Senac, which they completed in 2019. Diogo started their higher education journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Centro Universitário Senac, which they completed in 2018.
