Edson Ferreira

Edson Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Edson began their career as an Auxiliar de escritório at Messina Corretora de Seguros Ltda. in 1993 and then worked as an Assistente Comercial at Ferreira Representações Ltda. from 1996 to 1998.

In 1999, Edson joined Hypercom, where they held various positions such as Field Technical, Installation and Maintenance Technical, and Support Analyst. Edson worked there until 2006, gaining expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing multiprocessor equipment and IT systems.

From 2006 to 2011, Edson worked at Corsidian as a Field Services Engineer. Edson provided local and remote technical support, diagnosed and resolved problems, and escalated issues related to Aspect systems, Virtual Hold, and Nortel. Edson also delivered and developed contact center solutions through consulting and project activities.

Starting in 2011, Edson joined Aspect Software as a Sr. Customer Support Engineer. Edson provided technical support to customers, assisted with bug fixes, configuration issues, and offered consultation services. Edson also created and updated technical documentation and knowledge bases.

In 2017, Edson transitioned to OLOS TECNOLOGIA, where they first served as the Customer Support Services Director. In this role, they managed conflicts, implemented quality improvement programs, and optimized operational processes for better profit margins. Edson then became the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance in September 2020, overseeing compliance-related activities.
