Salman Qureshi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Salman started their career as a Systems Architect at Verizon in 1999 and later worked as a Web Integration Consultant at McFadyen Consulting from 2000 to 2004.
In 2005, Salman joined Practiv Applied Software as a Consultant, where they remained until 2007. During this time, they worked on various projects and gained valuable expertise.
From 2005 to 2009, Salman served as a Technical Architect at Friends Provident. Here, they played a crucial role in redesigning and enhancing the company's e-commerce solution, working on development coordination and diagnostic tools.
Salman then joined Tesco Stores Ltd in 2009 as a Solutions Architect, leading a technical team in delivering an enhanced ATG platform for the incorporation of Clubcard points and integrating with pricing and promotion engines.
In 2010, Salman joined Oracle Corporation, where they served as a Consulting Technical Manager until 2015. In this role, they advised the Oracle consulting team on best practices and provided technical integration advice to clients for Oracle e-commerce and middleware solutions.
Following their tenure at Oracle, Salman joined e2x Limited in 2015 as a Technical Director. In this role, they set the technical direction for Oracle solutions and worked on large scale architectures for clients across industries.
Most recently, Salman Qureshi has been working at OLR since 2019 as the Vice President of Engineering.
Salman Qureshi completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their A Levels at Karachi Grammar School from 1980 to 1994. Salman studied subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and English during this period.
After completing their A Levels, Salman Qureshi pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences. Salman attended this institution from 1994 to 1997.
Following their undergraduate studies, Salman Qureshi pursued a Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) degree in Computer Science from Cornell University. Salman attended this esteemed institution from 1998 to 1999.
Furthermore, Salman Qureshi obtained the TOGAF v9.1 Certified Enterprise Architect certification from The Open Group in January 2013.
