Veronika Monalisa R. Sihombing is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and strategic functions. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at both ALVA and OLRANGE since 2023 and 2022 respectively, Veronika has previously held key HR roles including Country Human Resources Manager at Cartrack and Senior Human Resources Manager at Zeno Group and Edelman, where Veronika Monalisa R. led HR operations for both companies under DJE Holdings. With a strong background in recruitment, people development, and HR Information Systems like PeopleSoft by Oracle, Veronika also served at PT Panarub Industry as Head of Center of Expertise in Learning & Development, and has experience in training and development, consultancy, and planning within the HR field.
