Shouma Moniz

Shouma Ian Moniz brings over a decade of hospitality sales and marketing experience to his role of area sales manager at Springboard Hospitality. Prior to Springboard, Shouma served as Complex Director of Sales & Marketing with Highgate Hotels and has extensive experience with various brands including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. Shouma has worked in both the Waikiki and San Francisco markets with hotels ranging from select to full-service offerings.

Having started his hospitality career at the front desk, he possesses foundations in hotel operations. Shouma has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management at U.C. Davis with concentrations in Strategy and Marketing.
