Robert Rueth

Director of Operations & Business Development at Olsun Electrics Corporation

Robert Rueth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert began their career as an Electrical Engineer at ComEd in 1985 before moving on to roles such as Materials Manager at Inland Architectural Products and Manufacturing Project Engineer at S&C Electric Company. Robert then served as a Focused Factory Manager at Joslyn Manufacturing and a Manufacturing Operations Manager at CTS Corporation.

In 2002, Robert became the Business Unit Manager at Hubbell Power Systems before transitioning to a role as Operations Manager at National Construction Enterprises' Huron Valley Glass Company in 2004. Robert then joined Tempel in 2006 as the Operations Manager of the Steel Services Division, where they worked until 2013. At Tempel, they were responsible for the overall management of the division's operations.

Robert began their current position as the Director of Manufacturing at Olsun Electrics Corporation in 2013, where they oversee the company's manufacturing processes. In 2020, they took on additional responsibilities as the Director of Operations & Business Development. In this role, Robert is responsible for leading and developing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency for the company.

Robert Rueth obtained their high school diploma in Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Wheaton Warrenville High School, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Robert then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, completing their studies from 1981 to 1985. Afterward, Robert attended DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1985 to 1995, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations Management.
