Maryna Chaikovska

Maryna Chaikovska has extensive work experience starting in 2016 as an Operations Manager at Brain Academy, LLC. Maryna then served as CEO of Pointer, a modern IT education center from June 2017 to July 2018. After that, they worked as an IT Recruiter and Lead Recruiter at Exadel from July 2018 to February 2022. Currently, they work as Human Resources Director for OLSYS LTD, starting in March 2022.

Maryna Chaikovska earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Donetsk National University in 2015-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University between 2007 and 2012, without a specified field of study. Maryna has also obtained additional certifications including a Strategic Recruitment program from Laba in October 2021, an IT recruiting course from INDIGO Tech Recruiters in November 2018, and an IELTS Certificate from British Council.
