Gerard Den Hertog

Gerard den Hertog is an experienced professional with a diverse background in efficiency training, customer service, and education. Currently serving as the Director and Senior Efficiency Trainer at e-Less since September 2005, Gerard focuses on enhancing communication and email efficiency for organizations and individuals. As Managing Director of Caelo Software BV since October 2007, Gerard oversees the development of patented technologies aimed at improving email management, showcased in the award-winning product NEO Pro. In addition to these roles, Gerard is also a Docent Informatica at Onze Lieve Vrouwelyceum and a PhD Candidate at Utrecht University, exploring the contributions of second-career teachers. Previous leadership positions include Director Global Customer Service at Assembleon and BOC Edwards Pharmaceutical Systems, as well as various roles at ASML. Gerard holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Open Universiteit and a Master’s degree in Science Education and Communication from Utrecht University.
