Kimmo Hietanen

Kimmo Hietanen serves as the Supply Chain Director and Project Director at Viking Malt since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing a large-scale green field factory investment project in Lahti, focusing on CAPEX, process planning, resourcing, and change management. Prior to this, Kimmo held various leadership roles at Stalatube Oy from March 1999 to October 2020, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President, overseeing the Order-Delivery Process and Technology for operations in Finland and Poland, while also serving on the Management and Strategy Team. Kimmo's earlier roles included Production Director, Director of Production, Production Manager, and Production Engineer, all emphasizing operational process management and production development. Kimmo Hietanen earned an MBA from Henley Business School between 2016 and 2019 and completed education at Lahti University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1999.
