Pia Hortling

Pia Hortling has extensive work experience in the beverage industry, particularly in brewing. Pia started their career as a Master Brewer at Olvi Plc in 2003 and later held the positions of Product Development and Purchasing Director, as well as Public Relation and Purchasing Director. In addition to their role at Olvi Plc, they have also served as a Board Member at Dagsmark Petfood Oy since 2020 and Chairman of the Board at Oy Panimolaboratorio Ab since 2019. Pia has also been a member of the Supervisory Board at AS A. Le Coq, Cēsu alus, Volfas Engelman, and Lidskoe Pivo since 2016. Hortling's expertise in brewing is further recognized through their board membership at The Scandinavian School of Brewing since 2013.

Pia Hortling completed their education at three different institutions. Pia first obtained a Master of Science in Technology with a focus on Biochemistry from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. Later, they pursued a degree in Brewing from the Scandinavian School of Brewing. Finally, they earned an Executive MBA with a specialization in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
