Guilherme Carvalho

Guilherme Carvalho serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at OLX Brasil since May 2019. Previously, Guilherme held several key positions at Prosus Group from January 2016 to October 2023, including Director of Corporate Finance for OLX Group, Head of Tax for OLX Group, and CFO roles at OLX Berlin and OLX Philippines. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member at Myriad International Holdings B.V. and as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from October 2006 to December 2015. Guilherme holds an MBA from INSEAD (2017-2018) and multiple bachelor's degrees in International Business, Law, and Accounting from institutions in Brazil.
