Izabela Andrade

Izabela Andrade is currently the Data Analytics Manager at OLX Brasil, previously working as the Projects & Operations Support Manager at Teleperformance where Izabela led a team providing support to COOs. Izabela also served as an Innovation Manager and a Management Associate Lead, contributing to strategic decisions and process optimization. Izabela was also the Pricing and Strategy Specialist at OLX Brasil, and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, working on strategic advisory for various industries. Izabela holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia and studied Chemical Engineering, Biodiesel, Catalytic Reform, and Hydrodeoxygenation at the University of Oklahoma.
