Pamela Lorena Figueira is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in managing and driving sales teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at OLX Brasil since November 2016, Figueira has successfully structured the Inside Sales area, achieving over 100% revenue growth and significantly enhancing team engagement. Prior to OLX, Figueira held the role of Sales Director at ZAP+, where responsibilities included developing the real estate vertical and managing key accounts, alongside previous positions as Regional Manager and Sales Manager within the same company. Early career experiences include roles at Groupon Brasil and several hotels, underpinning a solid foundation in sales and account management.
