Rafael Corrêa Araújo is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and implementing strategies for user engagement, data quality, and digital platform innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at OLX Brasil since November 2019, Rafael plays a key role in the Ad Moderation team, focusing on brand preservation and user protection. Prior to OLX, Rafael worked at Globo.com as a Senior Software Engineer in the Data Quality team, and held senior roles at Oi S.A. and Opera Brazil - Bemobi, contributing to digital transformation and user engagement solutions. Rafael's career began at Fundação Cesgranrio and Furnas, where skills in C# and web development were honed. Rafael earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro between 2010 and 2016.
