Andhika Pramanta

Andhika Pramanta has extensive experience in sales, operations, and finance roles across various companies in Indonesia. Currently serving as the Head of Business Excellence Division at OLX Indonesia since June 2021, Andhika previously held multiple leadership positions at OYO Indonesia, including Head of Sales and Head of Central Sales, where responsibilities included growing sales through offline channels and providing strategic direction to sales teams. Prior experience at PT. Serasi Autoraya encompassed managing operations for the TRAC Car Daily Rental Business and roles in finance and human resources. Andhika began the professional career in auditing and risk management, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya.
