Beata Stawiarska

Beata Stawiarska (Nowacka) currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for OLX, responsible for Enterprise IT across the OLX group products in Europe. With extensive experience in IT leadership, Beata previously held the position of Head of IT Business Engagement at PEPCO CEE, overseeing IT department engagements across 17 Central and Eastern European countries. Beata's background includes significant roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where coordination of IT support across multiple regions was managed, and at Citibank, where service management and infrastructure projects were led. Additional experience encompasses IT management at Hewlett-Packard and project management for Procter & Gamble’s key systems in North and Latin America. Beata holds a master's degree in Management and Economics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
