Elena Gelemenova

Elena Gelemenova is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, data analytics, and customer-centric strategies. Currently at OLX Group since June 2016, Elena has held various leadership roles, including Business Operations for Romania, Bulgaria, and Portugal, and Head of Data and Analytics, where complex analyses informed data-driven decisions across multiple business units. As Chief Customer Officer, Elena enhanced customer relationships and collaboration while improving operational processes, and previously led monetization efforts for classified platforms in Bulgaria. Prior to OLX, Elena was a Business Line Manager at Allegro Group HU Ltd. and a Sales Manager at Etel Ltd. Elena holds dual Bachelor degrees in Maths and Informatics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
