Konrad Dominiak is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards with extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions, including Europe, South Africa, and LATAM. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at OLX Group since October 2021, Konrad oversees a team dedicated to strategic partnerships, executive compensation, and long-term incentive programs. Previous roles at OLX include Head of Total Rewards and Senior Total Rewards Lead, where responsibilities encompassed designing global strategies, conducting talent analytics, and managing organizational goals.
