Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, following a position as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant with the European Commission's Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Tomasz has a diverse background in European institutions, including roles with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, where focus areas included crisis management and industry coordination. Additionally, Tomasz contributed to academic development as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. Early career experience includes various roles within the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland, alongside leadership as the President of Network PL. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2003.
