Adrian Florance is an experienced executive with a diverse background in the agricultural industry. Adrian currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Banalasta Farming, where they oversee the management of Angus breeders and merino ewes on their 20,000-acre property. In addition, Adrian is also the Chief Executive Officer of Wharton Agri Management, responsible for managing large beef properties covering a total of 2.5 million acres in Western Australia. Prior to these roles, Adrian was the Managing Director of A & A Earthworks and Farm Contracting Pty Ltd, specializing in various aspects of farm and property maintenance. Adrian also founded and owned Florance Holdings Pty Ltd, which operates sheep and cattle properties in New South Wales and Western Australia. Adrian's earlier work experience includes serving as the Managing Director of Olymel Australia and as the General Manager of the Meat division at Primo Smallgoods. Adrian began their career as a Stock and Station Agent at Elders.
Adrian Florance received a Level 2 Ski Instructor certification from CSIA - Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance in 2016. From 1977 to 1982, they attended Riverview but did not acquire a degree. Adrian also pursued Finance and Business Management at Hawksbury Ag College - Division of University of Western Sydney, though no specific dates were provided for this education.
