Philippe de Villers

Philippe de Villers, MSc, CRHA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Philippe currently holds the position of Business Director, HR at Olymel since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Part Time Lecturer and Chargé de cours at HEC Montréal starting from January 2022.

In March 2022, Philippe joined Cofomo as the Vice-President of Culture & Talents, a role they held until June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at SISMIK Culture d'impact from May 2021 to March 2022, where they provided leadership coaching, organizational development, and impactful HR strategies.

From 2014 to 2021, Philippe held various roles at Agropur, including Employee Experience Senior Director, Business Lead for HR Transformation, and Global Compensation Projects Manager. Philippe'sresponsibilities included managing the employee service center, integrating HR systems, and implementing HR processes efficiency.

Before their time at Agropur, Philippe worked as the Manager of HR Operations at Richter from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Tootelo Innovation Inc from 2009 to 2011 and as a Conseiller en Ressources Humaines at Lumas in 2008.

Philippe's career in HR began in 2001 when they held the position of Director of Operations at Réseau Telmatik inc. Overall, Philippe de Villers brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership and strategic planning to their current role at Olymel, supported by their extensive background in the field.

Philippe de Villers holds a M.Sc. degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from HEC Montréal, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Philippe also has a B.A. degree from McGill University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they earned a DEC degree from Dawson College from 2000 to 2003.
