Betsi Thompson

Betsi Thompson has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Betsi started their career at Virginia Mason Medical Center in 1996, where they worked as a Manager for 10 years. In 2006, they joined Olympic Medical Center as the Director of Quality. In this role, Betsi was responsible for coordinating regulatory compliance, ensuring hospital accreditation, and overseeing the Quality Management System utilizing ISO 9001 and Lean PI methodologies.
