Charisma Luke

Charisma Luke, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR operations and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Olympic Medical Center since June 2015, Charisma oversees HR information systems, process automation, staffing management indicators, and employee compensation analysis. Prior experience includes roles as HR Operations Supervisor and HR Business Partner at Westport, LLC from January 2013 to May 2015, as well as HR Consultant at Caregivers Home Health and Employee Service Representative prior to that. Charisma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle Pacific University.
