Lisa Carter

Lisa Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sport communications, language services, and international relations. Currently serving as the Sport Communications Manager for the Olympic Regional Development Authority, Lisa focuses on community engagement and managing relationships with Olympic entities. Previous roles include Head of Protocol & FISU Relations for the 2023 World University Games in Lake Placid and Language Services Manager for the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Lisa has also held positions in education and consultancy, managing programs and services in various capacities, including as an owner of LC English Tutoring. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School, a Master’s in Educational Policy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Penn State University.
