Patrick Sharkey

Patrick Sharkey is an experienced healthcare professional and outdoor educator with a strong background in emergency response and patient care. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse Intern in the Emergency Department at Ellis Medicine since July 2013, Patrick has previously worked as a Unit Support Technician at the same institution, providing essential patient care services. In addition, Patrick has extensive experience in outdoor leadership roles with the Capital District YMCA, teaching various outdoor skills and managing youth programs. As a member of the Gore Mountain Ski Patrol, Patrick is involved in the response and management of on-slope emergencies. Patrick holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from the Ellis School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College.
