Esther Potash

CIO at Olympic Steel

Esther Potash has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Esther began their career as a Business Analyst at Olympic Steel in 1998, and gradually worked their way up to become the General Manager of the Cleveland Division in 2004. Esther then transitioned to the role of Director of Corporate Projects in 2002, and later served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they assumed the position of CIO in May 2007.

In addition to their work at Olympic Steel, Esther Potash has also been actively involved in various non-profit organizations. Esther served as a Board Member for the Alzheimer's Association since January 2009 and was a Board Member for the Great Lakes Science Center from December 2010 to December 2013.

Before joining Olympic Steel, Esther Potash worked as a Management Consultant at Walthall, Drake & Wallace LLP CPAs from 1981 to 1994.

Esther Potash has a BA degree in Linguistics, which they obtained from Miami University between the years 1969 and 1972. Esther further pursued their education at Case Western Reserve University, where they completed their MBA degree in Information Systems from 1978 to 1980.
