Brian Foster

Brian Foster has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 25 years. Their most recent role was as the Director of Operations at Olympus Controls, where they were responsible for robotics and automation in various industries. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at CTDI, leading operations in two sites and driving productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction gains. Foster also has experience as a Managing Director of Operations & Business Development at Foster Oil Company & LubriSolutions, where they helped grow a subsidiary lubricants distribution company. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Process Improvement at Woodco USA and as an Account Manager at Groves Industrial Supply and Industrial Distribution Group. Foster also held sales roles at Aronson-Campbell Industrial Supply Inc. and Qwest Communications. Early in their career, they gained manufacturing experience at Warn Industries, where they held various positions on the shop floor. Overall, Foster has a strong background in operations, business development, sales, manufacturing, and process improvement.

Brian Foster is currently pursuing a PMP degree in Project Management Professional at Purdue University, starting in 2022. Brian previously attended Marylhurst University, Portland State University, Portland Community College, and Clackamas Community College, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services, Business Administration and Management, and Manufacturing Technology, respectively. Brian obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Automotive from Benson Polytechnic High School. Additionally, Brian is expected to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University in 2023.
