Head Of Quality Assurance at OM Pharma

Alice Libersa has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Alice started their career as a Pharma assistant engineer at Lonza in 2008. Alice then worked as a Project Engineer for pixon engineering AG and OPTIMA packaging group GmbH, specializing in the qualification and validation of freeze-driers for various international pharma companies.

In 2014, Alice joined Novartis Consumer Health as a QA Qualification Officer, where they ensured that production equipment met cGMP requirements and focused on continuous improvement of quality standards.

Alice then moved to GSK in 2015, where they held multiple roles. As a QA Qualification Expert, they guaranteed that production equipment met cGMP requirements and supported the implementation of efficient and quality-focused solutions. Alice later became a Senior QA Validation & Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of 20 experts and ensuring adherence to project milestones and business needs. As Calibration and Qualification Lead, Alice led teams responsible for the qualification and calibration of production and laboratory equipment, clean utilities, and classified zoning areas, while managing a significant budget.

Currently, Alice is working at OM Pharma as the Head of QA Operations. Alice is also soon transitioning to the role of Head of Quality Assurance.

Alice Libersa's education history is as follows:

From 2000 to 2003, Alice attended Lycée Saint Denis in Annonay, France, where they obtained their High School diploma. During this period, their field of study focused on the sciences.

From 2003 to 2005, Alice pursued their Bachelor's degree at Lycée Claude Fauriel in Saint-Étienne, France. Alice'sarea of study included Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.

Alice then joined ONIRIS (ENITIAA) in Nantes, France, from 2005 to 2008. Here, they completed their studies in Industrial Engineering, specifically in the field of Food Sciences, earning an Engineer's Degree.

In 2007 and 2008, Alice furthered their education at ICT in Prague, Czech Republic, where they obtained their Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology.

From 2009 to 2017, Alice engaged in continuous learning by attending IFIS, ISPE, LNE. Although no specific degree is mentioned for this period, their focus remained on professional development.
