Clément Gervais

Clément Gervais has a strong and diverse work experience in various industries. Clément began their career at PSA Peugeot Citroën in 2007, where they worked on a maintenance project for six months. Clément then joined Saint-Gobain in 2008 for a short period, working on a quality project. In 2009, they moved to Laboratoires Lehning, where they held several roles, including continual improvement projects, maintenance manager, and eventually became the head of manufacturing. In 2014, Clément joined GSK as an operational excellence engineer and later became a production process leader. Currently, they are working at OM Pharma, where they started as the head of packaging in 2018 and currently serves as the head of pharmaceutical manufacturing since October 2021.

Clément Gervais attended the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in 6 SIGMA from the same institution in June 2010.
