Marilda Martins

Marilda Martins has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marilda started their career with Careerplus in 2013, where they served as a Team Manager and Recruitment Specialist, responsible for managing recruitment processes, training employees, monitoring KPIs, and developing client relationships. In 2017, they joined Vifor Pharma as an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing recruitment in multiple languages for various positions. Marilda later took on the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Generalist, overseeing employee lifecycle activities for specific departments.
