Patricia Moles-Licata

Patricia Moles-Licata has extensive experience in human resources. Patricia currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at OM Pharma since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Vifor Pharma from 2011 to 2020, where they held various roles including Head of HR International Operations & HR Compliance Lead, Head of HR Operations Europe, and Head of Human Resources, Director. Before their time at Vifor Pharma, they served as an HR Business Partner at OM Pharma from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as an HR Development Manager at Valeo from 2003 to 2007.

From 2000 to 2002, Patricia Moles-Licata attended Grenoble IAE and completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Strategic Human Resources.
